TECH SUPPORT
Technical support is available as an annual payment or can be paid
for in monthly installments.
This includes our telephone “Help Line” at 888-509-4204 x5. Hours are
6am to 5pm PST. Fax (888-509-4204), email (support@buybackpro.com) and BBP LIVE Assist are
also available.
Bug Fixes: Any reproducible bug, a problem that can be
reproduced with the same sequence, will be fixed and updated within 5
business days while you are under “Update/Support” contract.
Any modifications required for Federal or State government
agencies will be added at NO additional cost to you.
After your first year has expired you may purchase another 12 months
of “Update/Support” at approx. 20% of the purchase
price per year or on a monthly basis at the monthly equivalent. TRAINING
While under contract, we offer unlimited training support via email,
and phone. On-site training and on-line training vary between
individual consultants and may require an
invoice to be paid prior to service. Speak with
