 Typical sequence:

 » Customer hands ticket to cashier

 » Cashier verifies info and scans the barcode on the ticket

 » BBPSQL "Cashes Out" the transaction and currency is dispensed

 » Cashier takes the cash and returns it along with the customer's

    copy of the receipt.
